Frank van Leth is an epidemiologist with a personal affinity for novel, yet contextually relevant, methodological approaches for capturing public health needs and designing appropriate interventions.

He has designed and analyzed several studies in the field of LQAS-based surveillance of antimicrobial resistance. This work has led to the development of the OASIS project, for which he is the coordinator.
