Dr François-Xavier Babin is the Diagnostics and Health Systems Director at the Mérieux Foundation. He is in charge of increasing vulnerable populations’ access to diagnostics, by establishing infrastructure, reinforcing skills and processes, improving the management and efficiency of clinical biology laboratories.

Within OASIS, Dr. Babin will ensure and strengthen links between the project and other initiatives of Mérieux Foundation in West Africa.
